Please contact us if YOU want to give 1 & 2 stars . There could be an oversight or error in the listings or our services, and we are most willing to work with the buyers to correct the errors.



LOST IN MAIL / STRUCK IN CUSTOMS OR POST OFFICE

I believe most of us had experienced before not receiving our bank statement or bills or letters and parcels from loved ones OR they only turn up 1 month later. It is quite common for mails or parcels to get lost in the mail or turn up 1 month later, RIGHT?

99.5% of our buyers received their items within the timeline stated by us, however they are about 0.5% whereby the parcel could be delayed by :-

- Customs Clearance in your Country Office as watches are "taxable" item;
- Tight Security Checks for all incoming mails (terrorist treat)
- Temporary misplaced by the Post office;
- Airlines and Postal's strikes;
- Public holidays in the sending post or your country;
- Natural disasters such as typhoons or volcano irruptions.
